The Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for a 480 VAC, 60 Hz, three-phase abrasive waterjet machine. The abrasive waterjet machine shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following components, attachments and accessories necessary to meet the operational and performance ~requirement for the machine: microprocessor-based CNC, intensifier pump, water booster and filtration pump, abrasive system, solids removal system, precision bridge assembly, water table, coordinate drives, one abrasive waterjet cutting head, system personal computer. The contractor shall provide the necessary operational testing and training on the system after installation is completed.
