Candler (404) 657-6000 SOURCES SOUGHT NO. #CHIP-SS604 NOTICE TO: Advertising, Promotions, Marketing and/or Public Relations Firms The Georgia Health Policy Center (HPC) of Georgia State University (GSU), in collaboration with the Georgia Merit System (GMS), intends to solicit Proposals from interested vendors for the development of a statewide marketing and public awareness program for the Georgia Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), a federally-subsidized program designed to offer low-cost health care coverage to uninsured children from families who do not qualify for Medicaid and do not currently have health insurance. The following key elements may be sought through this solicitation: (1) program identity that includes name, logo, theme and slogan; (2) a marketing plan for use of products and materials; (3) media campaign products such as radio, TV, print, outdoor and mass transit ads and public service announcements and development of design, artwork and camera ready copies; (4) development of camera ready work for posters, brochures, flyers, etc; (5) development of concepts for special incentive items to encourage application/enrollment, and good preventive health practices, such as children's health records/journals for families, calendars, refrigerator magnets with messages and toll-free phone number, children's growth charts, stickers, T-shirts, bumper stickers, etc; and, (6) informational video on accessing health insurance coverage and on the importance of preventive health care for children.
