C -- A/E DESIGN SERVICES DUE 042398 POC Laralee Horowitz, Contracting Officer Provide all necessary A/E services for the replacement of roofs, Bldg. No. 3 located at the VAMC, Brooklyn, NY and Bldgs. #65,85,88,89 & 91 located at the VAECC, St. Albans, NY., Project No. 527-98-114Z. The A/E shall provide all services necessary for the preparation of complete construction documents including construction period services and site trips. Scope of work: A) Verification of existing as-built drawings B) Review of existing site conditions and design accordingly C) Development of construction documents with bid alternates D) Preparation of a detailed cost estimate. If required the A/E will take into account phasing for constructibility/operational purposes E) Construction period services including submittal reviews, answering inquiries and construction site visits (Min. 5 trips) F) Preparation of "As-Built" drawings from marked-up originals. Completion time: 60 days. This is not a small business set-aside. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8712, Architectural Services (Other than Naval).
