Y -- ROAD 14 RECONSTRUCTION SOL RFQ 98-8105 DUE 041698 POC Contact, Administrative Services, 541/750-7118 This project consists of shaping, blading, placement and compaction of crushed aggregate on 1.7 miles of the primitive section of Road 14. Also, installation of five (5) relief culverts and placement of pitrun aggregate as energy dissipators at outlet of each installed culvert. This project is located on the Siuslaw National Forest, Hebo Ranger District, Tillamook & Yamhill Counties, Oregon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and incidentals to accomplish all work necessary. Contract time is 30 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Government estimate is between S25,000 and S100,000. Estimated start work date is April 23, 1998.
