Box 160070, Clearfield, Utah 84016-0070. Scope of work includes but is not limited to the removal of asbestos containing materials from pipes and crawl space floors. The asbestos containing insulation on the pipes ranges from good to poor and friable. Abate proceudres will be conducted in complinace with all AHERA, Federal, State and local regulations. Abate asbestos containing material, clean and lock down entire affected area, dispose of all debris, and provide air sampling IAW AHERA for the above listed areas. Contractor will furnish all labor, material and equipment to complete the project. Mandatory building walk-through scheduled for 041598 at 2:00pm MST in Procurement Office of Clearfield Job Corps Center 20 West 1700 South, Clearfield, Utah. Bid package with complete scope of work will be distributed at walk-through. 5% bid bond, payment bond and performance bond will be required. Bid opening date is scheduled for 042898 at 10:00am MST in the Administration Building Management Conference Room. Estimated cost is $85,000. Time for completion is 60 days. Davis-Bacon Wages apply.
