The upgrade shall include robot controller and software upgrades. The thermal spray system upgrades shall meet the current Robot Safety Standards outlined in ANSI/RIA R15.06-1992. The thermal spray system was designed and manufactured by Progressive Technologies, Inc. Grand Rapids, Michigan. The Government's intent is to solicit Progressive Technologies on a sole source basis. All responsible offerors will be considered Note 22 applies.
