The contractor shall develop a Unicode-enabled language-supported multilingual viewer for incorporation into the SOF MultiScript Editor. This viewer will enable instructors and other users of multiple languages to retrieve, edit, and save worldwide web documents in over 30 languages -- including Western European languages, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Chinese, and Japanese. This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order to Easy Access, 409 E. Chapel Hill Street, Durham, NC 28311. THIS SOFTWARE IS PROPRIETARY TO EASY ACCESS.
