The order is to provide 1) UL Listed motion detection, door contact and monitoring devices that can interface with the current ExactPoint-120 Alarm System currently installed and 2) Annual fees. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a Justification For Other Than Full and Open (JOFOC) has been certified, justified and approved for Wells Fargo Alarm Service, Inc. This requirement will be accomplished through the new Simplified Acquisition rules under FAR 13 dated December 15, 1994. If no affirmative responses are received within fifteen (15) days from the date this synopsis is published, the Contracting Officer will proceed with the acquisition to Wells Fargo Alarm Service, Inc.
