SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. The principle medium which the Government will
use for technical data transmittal during this procurement is the 4.75
inch diameter compact disk with embedded reader software. Windows 3.1,
or Windows NT operating environment and a CD reader are required. Item

8516702, applicable to the OH-58D Aircraft. Inspection and Acceptance
at Origin. Inspection requirements: 52.246-2,52.246-11, ISO 9002
(Terminology); and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 or ISO 10012-1:1992. FOB
Point: Origin with deliveries to Crane,IN, New Cumberland,PA and
Texarkana,TX. The required delivery date is 240 days after receipt of
order. Level of Preservation/Packing: C/C. Items shall be preserved and
packaged in accordance with AMSAM Form 6525(Test):Marking of Shipments:
The Contractor shall mark all shipments under this contract in
accordance with ASTM D3951-95, Paragraph 5.1.6.3, "Government Marking

be considered. This acquisition is subject to availability of funds.
