(use by the military sealift command will be at their option) this will be a requirements contract with fixed price line items. services which may be ordered will include but are not limited to the following: pilot and tug services, line handlers, brow connect/disconnect, sewage removal, potable water, fuel delivery, launch service (dedicate), mail delivery, fleet freight delivery, vehicle rental (sedan, van, pick up, bus), garbage removal, cellular phone and pager rental, provisions, and laundry services. services will be required for both ships pierside and at anchorage. contract will be a base year plus 2 one year options. the resulting contract will also include the provision at fa 52.217-8, option to extend services, which would allow the government to extend services an addtiional six months if required.
