DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INSTALLATION AND WORK TO BE DONE: The
Contractor shall provide and deliver CCU cables and pan/tilt control
cables and camera brackets so that the brackets can be mounted and the
cables run to the camera positions from each console by NIST staff.
NIST, upon the delivery of equipment and consoles, will assemble the
consoles and install the CCU's, pan/tilt controllers, wave victor

mechanisms and the adjustment of the cameras. QUESTIONS AND RELATED
RESPONSES ARE AS FOLLOWS: QUESTION 1) -- RE: CLIN 0023: For the Winsted

particular catalog numbers fora quantity of 2 each consoles? ANSWER 1)
-- Yes, we will need 2 consoles -- each will have the 3x, 1x, etc.
QUESTION 2) -- For CLIN 0010 and CLIN 0011 you request 3 each TSM
HS102P and 1 each HS105P, respectively. However, CLIN 0015 through CLIN

should probably read CLIN 0015 and CLIN 0017 as 3 each and CLIN 0016
and CLIN 0018 as 1 each. ANSWER 2) We feel the quantities requested in
the solicitation will work. Please base your quotations on our
quantities. However, you are welcome to propose an alternate quotation
stating your solution and quantities. QUESTION 3) CLIN 0023 for the
Winstead console lists 3 each 86087. These are shelves without work
surfaces. Typically, an 85586 work surface should be included with each

equipment? ANSWER 5) The contractor will provide output of the system,
we will connect to ours. QUESTION 6) Concerning CLINS 0015-0019 -- Are
the indicated quantities correct? The numbers do not match with CLINS
0010-0011. ANSWER 6)The following is how the line items should read:
CLIN 0010, TSM HS102P, or equal -- 35LB capacity Automatic Pan & Tilt
Head, three (3) each; CLIN 0011, TSM HS105P, or equal -- 75LB Capacity
Automatic Pan & Tilt Head, one (1) each; CLIN 0015, TSM HSZFSLD, or
