This effort will be restricted to nuclear submarine qualified east coast private shipyards, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (3). Place of performance is restricted to the Intermediate Maintenance Activity in Groton, Connecticut. Offerors interested in obtaining a copy of RFP No. N00024-98-R-8507 should request the RFP in writing and forward the request to Jayson Wilson, NAVSEA/Code 0285W, internet; (Wilson_Jayson@hq.navsea.navy.mil). The solicitation will also be posted on the NAVSEA Contracts World Wide Web homepage on or about 15 April 1998, at the following address: http://www.contracts.hq.navsea.navy.mil/.
