Period of Performance is April 21, 1998 through April 20, 1999 with seven (7) one year options. Delivery to be F.O. B. Destination to the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA Coastal Services Center, 2234 Hobson Ave, Charleston, South Carolina. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
