This acquisition will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis with a base year and four option years. It will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror. Full annual maintenance service will start on May 1, 1998, through April 30 of each year. Description will include: four ID-043004 (Cell Dyn) Cell Counter CD 3500SL, Md: CD 3500SL which includes the system computer, printer and system software coverage and upgrades. Price must include Full Unlimited Emergency Maintenance (including unlilmited emergency breakdown service), Preventive Maintenance, and parts. The RFQ will be released approximately April 20, 1998.
