materials prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6,
as supplemented with additional information included in the notice.
Written solicitations will be issued upon request. This is a request
for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-98-Q-3FA811. This solicitation
document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. The standard industrial
classification code is 3621 and the size standard is 1000 employees.
The requirement is for the following: For the Contractor to provide all
services, material and labor to clean and inspect CGC Reliance's #1 &
#2 ship service diesel generators and emergency diesel generator rotor
windings and associated equipment in accordance with specification.
Performance period starting 11 May -- 22 May 1998. Fax requests for

contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror
whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to
the government, price and other factors considered. The following
