Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company to incorporate the effort identified on the TMDCs. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to complete this action.
