all labor, equipment and materials to monitor and ensure continuous
operability of Government owned electronic monitoring systems on
petroleum storage tanks at Ft. Campbell, KY. The Contractor shall be
required to maintain continuous monitoring (24 hours a day, 7 days a
week) of 53 tank systems consisting of 76 individual tanks. The
Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining Government owned
equipment and performing all monitoring system repairs during the
contract period. The Contractor shall provide a monthly monitoring
report and supply a detailed description with parts list for all
repairs. Duration of the work will be a base period with up to four
option years with the total duration of the contract not to exceed five
years. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC Code is 8744
(Large Business = Average Annual Receipts for past 3 years is over $5
million. Small Business = Average Annual Receipts for past 3 years is
less than $5 million. Solicitation Documents will be available o/a 27
April 1998 and will be competitively negotiated. Award will be made as
a whole to the offeror whose proposal is considered to be the most
advantageous to the Government. Award will mot be based entirely upon
price. Award will be on/a 15 June 1998. Responsible sources requesting
solicitation documents may submit an offer which will be considered by
