The requirement includes converting all of the Egyptian Air Force's RADCOM and CAT IIID Test Program Sets to optical disk format.It is intended to place an order to Northrup Grumman Corporation, Bethpage, NY under Blanket Ordering Agreement N00019-96-G-0089 on a sole source basis. Northrup Grumman Corporation is the only source of certain essential proprietary data specific to the Egyptian Air Force equipment configuration.
