The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command 9SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Electronics Systems Company, 1001 Old Post Rd., Marlborough MA 01752. This contract will provide for a one year contract to procure the following engineering services in support of the Navy Extremely High Frequentcy (DHF) Satellite Communication (SATCOM) Program (NESP): identify, develop, test, and evaluate design enhancements for the AN/USC-38(V) terminals, peripheral equipment and interface devices. This Contract will cover the period from 1 September 1998 to 30 September 1999. This contract will be a follow-on to contract N00039-94-C-0045. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 3669. The Offeror will need a SECRET clearance for pre-award access.
