Original Date Published: January 14, 1998 REFUSE COLLECTION SOL F09650-98-R0135 DUE 030498 A DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for Refuse Collection and Disposal Services, (SIC Code 4212) at Robins AFB GA . The SIC Code for this procurement is 4212 with a size standard of $6.2M. This SIC code is a designated industry group under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program; therefore, offers will be accepted from small and large businesses. This requirement will consist of a Basic Contract Period and nine annual options, and a 1-to-6 month short option. The requirement will be procured under full and open competition utilizing best-value techniques, FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 15 procedures. This procurement will NOT be a formal source selection. This procurement has now been designated for FACNET Electronic Commerce Data. Offers will be submitted and evaluated in electronic format as described in Section L of the DRAFT RFP.
