This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/HQ intends to purchase the items from ONTechnology Corporation. Only one responsible source 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) or 41U.S.C. 253(c)(1). ONTechnolgy Corportation is the only technolgy which has the right to perform software maintenance and upgrades for the Meeting Maker software product. The Government intends to acquire a commercial,item using FAR Part 12. see Note 22. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
