Price, Contract Specialist, (805) 989-1301 The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, (NAWCWPNS) Point Mugu, CA intends to enter into negotiations and award a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement N68936-97-G-0277 on a sole source basis with California Microwave Inc., Woodland Hills, CA. The order will be for technical engineering support and intelligence communications services for the baseline maintenance, phased development and upgrade of the Naval Special Warfare Automated Mission Planning System (SWAMPS) for integration, connectivity and interoperability with the CGS-100 Communications Gateway System and the DGS150 Datalink Gateway System. Knowledge of the DGS-150 and CGS-100 is mandatory to perform these services. Services will include analysis, system docmumentation, configuration and data management support, software design and development of software modules, documentation, software trouble reporting and training support incidental to the effort. CMI as the designer and manufacturer of the DGS-150 and CGS-100 maintains the proprietary data which is unavailable to other contractors. The Government contemplates a cost plus fixed fee order commencing at time of award for an estimated level of effort of 10,030 manhours with a twelve month period of performance.
