This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification is 3563, and the small business size standard is 100 employees. UNICOR Federal Prison Industries, Inc. Intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, definite delivery type contract for the following commercial item: CLIN 0001: Sullair Compressor Unit Model Number LS25-200L Qty: 1 each. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination to: UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, 4002 Arkon Road, Milan, Michigan 48160-0502. The COTR for this acquisition is: Mr. Robert Stitt Delivery shall be made 30 calender days after receipt of order.
