The 12th Contracting Squadron at Randolph Air Force Base is conducting market research to determine if there are contractors with the ability to provide ALL or SOME of the following services under one contract: Custodial, Refuse and Recycle, Grounds Maintenance, and Military Family Housing Maintenance. Please indicate: (1) The size and type of business (large, small, small disadvantage, woman-owned etc). (2) What are the customary industry terms and conditions regarding: acceptance, inspection, financing, generalized pricing information. (3) What types of contracts are generally used (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable etc). (4) Provide suggestions that may result in reducing costs while providing quality service. (5) Successful contracts with other organizations.
