The State of Illinois Department of Public Aid (IDPA) is seeking to procure the services of a responsible vendor to replace the Syntellect Automated Voice Response System hardware and software with open architecture hardware and software. The intent is to create a system that is fully maintainable by existing staff. The successful vendor must provide all hardware, operating system software and application software necessary to implement a fully functional system. The successful vendor must provide conversion, testing and implementation of the existing application. On-site installation of the equipment and software and training would also be required. Expandability will be a requirement for any solution proposed. Proposals must meet all requirements stipulated in the Request for Proposal.
