Qualified A & E firms or state licensed surveyors to perform survey services for wetland easements and homestead protection (definition) on government farm properties in Area 1) to include: Becker, Beltrami, Clay, Clearwater, Kittson, Koochinching, Lake/Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, Roseau, Area 2)to include: Douglas, Grant, Hubbard, Otter Tail, Traverse, Wadena, Area 3) to include: Aitkin, Benton, Carlton, Cass, Chisago, Cook, Crow Wing, Isanti, Itasca, Kanabec, Lake, Mille Lacs, Pine, Ramsey, Washington, and Area 4) to include: Anoka, Carver, Hennepin, Morrison, Sherburne, Stearns, Wright, Todd Counties in Minnesota. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quanity contracts are anticipated for each area on an as-needed basis.
