Successful Architect Engineering (A/E) Firm shall design the construction of a concrete block extension to the existing office as necessary to accommodate a rest room, HVAC equipment and storage. The office and new extension shall have insulated walls and ceiling, interior and exterior painting, new floor tile and vinyl base, and new interior and exterior lighting. Design shall include installation of an aerator system and water service. Interested bidders may submit completed 254 and 255 forms to SSI Services.
