This is a sole source requirment to SRI International, Menlo Park CA 94025-3493, for engineering services in support of rapid design, development,demonstration, and prototyping of advanced technology communication and networking support systems utilizing advanced simulation and intelligent engineering tools and methods.Efforts involve the new or continued development of system prototypes by incorporating functionalityidentified during previosly conducted domain and scenario assesments. The contractor must transfer emerging technologies into prototyes, conduct feasibilitiy demonstrations and elicit functional requirments during evaluation and communicate these back to the research community.
