AMC Contracting Flight anticipates issuance of a request for quote for a firm-fixed price contract for non-personal services in support of the Air Force Weather Technical Library (AFWTL) relocation from 859 Buchanan Street, Scott AFB IL (SAFB) to 151 Patton Ave, Asheville NC (Asheville). The services for the relocation of a technical library, to include, but not limited to the following: (1) dismantle, move, refurbish as necessary, and reassemble the AFWTL shelving system(s) in a different configuration and (2) pack, move, and reshelve the documents in the correct library order. The Request for Quote (RFQ) FA4465-98-QA186 is anticipated to be released on or about 11 May 98.
