Significant changes since last issue of this schedule's solicitation include addition of Special Item No. 620-99, Introduction of New Items, to replace the New Item Schedule, which has been discontinued; New Schedule periods, which converts the solicitation to a standing Request for Proposal, and eliminates Open Seasons; Duplicate Items to those already on schedule now allowed to be supplied if offer provides distinct advantages to the government.
