Albans Extended Care Center located in Queens, New York. Work includes demolition of interior walls, bathrooms, etc; removal of all asbestos pipe insulation, plaster ceiling, etc; construction of new HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and utilities for patient bedrooms, bathrooms, nurse station etc; new sprinkler system, MATV system, Nurse call system and telephone system; renovate rooms for patient privacy and ADA compliance. Completion time will be 340 calendar days. A pre bid site visit/meeting will be held approximately two weeks prior to bid opening. The date will be published in the solicitation documents. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation.
