Simplified Acquisition Amendment -- RFQ/synopsis combo This notice
constitutes Amendment No. 1 to the Combined Synopsis/RFQ for Diode
Array Stack. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their
quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject
synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. Due to
transmission error the description is deleted in its entirety and
replaced with the following: Diode Array Stack -- 2 Each --
Specifications as follows: Wavelength 807 +/- 3NM at full power; full
width half maximum (FWHM): 3NM; pulse width: 200 microseconds;
repetition rate: 10 HZ; emission area: 10MM x 10MM; power (peak): 1125
watts after lensing; collimation after lensing: fast axis divergence
perpendicular to the active region: less than or equal to 2 degrees;
slow axis divergence parallel to the active region: less than or equal
to 10 degrees; package (heat sink) temperature: 20 Degrees C; package
cooling: conductive cooled or liquid cooled; packagestyle: conductive
cooled or liquid cooled; device life: 10 to the 9th power shots (200
microsecond pulses); note: package requires a distance of not greater
than 0.100 inches between the adjacent end bars of the 2 different
array packages when they are stacked in a direction perpendicular to
the plane of the diode laser bars The due date for receipt of offers is
extended to May 13, 1998. All other conditions of the original synopsis
remain unchanged. Documents related to this procurement are available
