The Maritime Operations Department (MR) of the Panama Canal Commission seeks sources to obtain the services from a Training/Consulting contractor to pursue certification under ISO 9000 Standard. This department, which is responsible for all resources required to control and support the maritime traffic through the Panama Canal, consists of 4800 employees distributed within four divisions, including fifteen branches. The purpose of this project is to train MR managers and executives, to carry out a Gap Analysis, to facilitate the elaboration of an ISO 9002 certification strategy and to provide information and advice throughout the certification process.
