IMPLEMENTATION CONVENTIONS FOR ASC X12 4010 & 3070 TRANSACTIONS; 815A CRYPTOGRAPHIC SERVICE MESSAGE (ASYMMETRIC KEY) The Joint Federal/DoD Communications, Control and Security Functional Working Group is updating standard implementation conventions to be used by the Federal Government in transmitting electronic data using ANSI X12 Version 3070 and 4010. Federal Implementation Conventions for ASC X12 transaction 4010 and 3070 815A Cryptographic Service Message (Asymmetric Key) are available for public comment. These documents are available in electronic format from the World Wide Web (WWW) at http://www.antd.nist.gov/fededi and from anonymous FTP at snad.ncsl.nist.gov/pub/fededi/CCSFWG.
