Career Direction is a proprietary program copyrighted by the aforementioned contractor. The web page will connect the contractors career direction training website with the Army National Guard's Go Guard web site. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award other than full and open competition and should not be considered and RFQ. No competitive solicitation will be issued. The determination of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made IAW FAR 6.302-1 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.
