66 -- SYSMEX ANALYZER PACKAGE SOL 549-94-98 DUE 071398 POC Marilyn Clayburn, Contracting Officer, 214-302-7521 The VA North Texas Health Care System (includes Dallas, Bonham and Ft. Worth), 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, TX 75216 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Sysmex, 1 Wildlife Way, Long Grove, IL 60047 for a Sysmex HST-330, which includes a SE-9500 Hematology Analyzer, a complete package to include a Reticulocyte analyzer, a SP-100 Slide Maker and Stainer and system controller, two SF-Alpha 3000 analyzers and an off-line SE-9500 hematology analyzer with auto sampler, training, (on-site and off-site), reagents, supplies, upgrades and service for a 5-year period. Equipment will be integrated with a CLAS automated lab system. Contractor must provide the COMPLETE PACAKGE listed above. Request for Proposal 549-94-98 will be issued on or about June 12, 1998, with a due date of on or about 7/13/98.
