The Defense Special Weapons Agency (DSWA) intends to award a sole source modification to Applied Research Associates, Inc. under contract DSWA01-96-C-0186. The contractor shall update the JMEM/AS Target Complex (TARCOM) Program to extend the capabilities of current and future CWEA tools.
