Leasing of a voice mail system for a period of one year with the option to extend the lease each year for four additional years to the Bureau of Land Management, Idaho State Office, 1387 Vinnell Way, Boise, ID 83709. Contractor is required to provide a voice mail system with the newest release of software, and maintain the newest release of software over the term of the lease. The voice mail systems primary role is to back-up BLM's unanswered or busy calls. The Voice Mail system must be fully integrated with the AT&T Definity G1 telephone system. The Voice Mail system must have the capability to provide a minimum of 300 mailboxes that require a 30 day retention of messages.
