A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated for this solicitation. Estimated range of this project is from $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
