Replace Military Family Housing Water and Sewer Lines -- This project includes all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and performance necessary for the removal and replacement of portions of existing water lines with copper and existing sewer lines with PVC in twelve residences in Base Housing. The portions to be replaced are generally located in crawl spaces and/or run vertically in walls. Also included is the removal and resetting of casework as well as wall repair, new access doors, etc... required to gain acces to piping in the walls. magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Anticipated issuance date for this Firm-Fixed price solicitation is 5 June 1998. The tentative Bid Opening Date is 22 June 1998. Performance period will be 150 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Standard Classification Code (SIC) is 1711. This solicitation is being issued on an un-restricted basis.
