Riley, Code SEA02511R, (703)602-7900 ext 518, Contracting Officer, Dwayne Weaver, Code SEA02512, (703)602-7900 ext 512 The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders on multiple occasions over the period of Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-98-G-5105 with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Government Electronics Systems (LMC,GES), 199 Borton Landing Road, Moorestown, NY 08057. Orders will be issued for material and services for acquisition, fabrication and/or modification of the AEGIS Combat System and associated equipment at AEGIS land sites: AEGIS Education Center (AEC) in Dahlgren, Virginia; AEGIS Combat Systems Center (ASCS) in Wallops Island, Virginia; and AEGIS Computer Center (ACC) in Moorestown, New Jersey. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). LMC,GES is the developer and sole producer of AEGIS Combat Systems. It is the only company which possesses the knowledge, experience, tooling and equipment necessary to perform the tasks derived. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
