Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Installation of fire sprinkler system Bldg 3-147, Elmendorf AFB, AK. The work area is: The pump room of Bldg 42-401. The work items include, but not limited to: remove existing fire system consisting of manual alarm pull stations, duct smoke detection system and fire hose standpipe system. Design and install new wet pipe sprinkler system for all rooms in the entire building in conformance with NAFPA 13 requirements. Install manual alarm pull stations by each exit from the building. Magnitude is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Performance period is 75 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 04 JUN 98 with a BCD of 18 JUN 98. There is no charge for package. Package will be sent upon written request. Request shall include mailing address, phone and fax number, and size of business.
