The principle items of work shall include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Provide new fitness addition with sauna and laundry area; 2) Provide new entrance vestibule with new corridor; 3) Provide new linkage addition between fire station and ladder truck building that contains fire extinguisher maintenance, repair, and office; 4) Provide new alarm room with raised floor and consoles; 5) Provide new sloped roof systems with wall extensions that incorporates new ventilation system for truck bays; 6) Provide new ventilation system for truck bays; 7) Provide new indicator light system for truck bays; 8) Provide new glass wall and chief reception area; 9) Provide new restroom and shower facilities; 10) Provide new contaminated clothing area.
