Grade and recontour the pit. Includes grading the approximately 15 acres site so that it continues to drain in the present direction. The existing dirt mounds will be knocked down and the dirt spread throughout the site. No dirt is required to be hauled to or from the site. The site will by hydroseeded with native grasses. This task includes seedbed preparation, fertilizer application, seeding and mulching. The period of performance is 60 calendar days. Forth coming contract is firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1794 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
