The contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation and maintenance in order to perform the following operation services at the Dale Hallow Lake Project, Celina, Tennessee. The operations to be performed includes cleaning, servicing and maintenance of Government vehicles, and facilities, operation and maintenance of water and sewerage system, grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, cleaning services of primitive camping areas, garbage/refuge collection services, janitorial and policing service for resource managerFs office, maintenance of compound and transient quarters, maintenance of swim, playground and beach, marking and painting of boundary lines, and a variety of other services including the furnishing of park attendants. This will be a performance-based contract. The work will be performed at the Dale Hollow water resource development project, referred to as Dale Hollow Lake. This project includes 7.3 miles of the Obey River from Dale Hollow Dam to its confluence with the Cumberland River, and 75 miles of the Cumberland River from Clay-Jackson County line to 12 miles below Wolf Creek Dam. Solicitations will be available on or about June 22, 1998. Proposal documents will be received by close of business August 08, 1998, 4.00 PM local time, CDST. Work scheduled to begin on or about January 01, 1999. This contract provides for a base year with 4 one-year renewal options. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business Concern. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. The size standard for small business is Average annual receipts for preceding three years not to exceed $20 million.
