F -- RFP TO PROVIDE ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION CONSULTING SERVICES IN THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO SOL RFP 98-1 DUE 071098 POC Jim Mullany (505) 827-0212 The Superfund Oversight Section of the Ground Water Quality Bureau, part of the New Mexico Environment Department, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide environmental consulting services, such as remedial investigations/feasibility studies, engineering design of remediation systems, remedy construction and implementation, and operation and maintenance. A maximum of $750,000 is available for a two (2) year contract, with an option to extend the contract for an additional two (2) years, contingent upon additional funding. Revenues for the contract are funded 100% from an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Cooperative Agreement. Proposals must be received by Friday, July 10, 1998 at 4:30 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). Minority- and women-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. Contractor chosen may later be contracted to perform Remedial Action.
