The project being considered would include exterior repairs and painting such as slate roof repairs, wood sheathing replacement, rolled roof repair and replacement, flashing repair/replacement, masonry repair and cleaning, repointing of chimney's, repairs to snow guards, tree pruning, and soffit/fascia repairs/replacement, along with various other types of work. Interior repairs may include wall plastering, ceiling repairs, hardwood floor replacement, painting and various other types of work. Prospective contractor's should be familiar with Historical Society regulations.
