Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 93-0065, Officer's Club Remodel, at Minot AFB, ND, in accordance with specifications and drawings. Work is 76% general, 10% mechanical and 14% electrical. Work is not in a restricted area. Project magnitude is estimated at $250,000 to $500,000. Work consists of remodeling Officer's Club to include a new addition, bar, windows, floor and wall finishings. This procurement is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business concerns. SDB preference program as contained in DFARS 2319.7204 will be used in the evaluation for award. Period of performance is 180 calendar days. Project documents will be available O/A 18 Jun 1998.
