This is a standing solicitation for Federal Supply Schedule FSC Group 73, Part III, from which the Government contemplates award of contracts for supplies listed in the Schedule of Items covering 76 Special Item Numbers. This solicitation will remain in effect unless amended and/or replaced by an updated solicitation. There is no closing date for receipt of offers. All contracts will be indefinite delivery -- indefinite quantity contracts with $100 guaranteed minimum for the contract period. The following SINs are being revised/added to this solicitation: SIN 302-20 -- Blender/Food Processor has been renamed to "Blenders/Food Processors/Juicers". SIN 302-32 -- Coffee Brewing Machine has been renamed to "Coffee Brewing Machines and Supplies." SIN 302-40 -- Ingredient Bins, Mobile has been renamed to "Ingredient Bins, Mobile & Canister, Food Storage." SIN 302-41 -- Insulated Dinnerware/Beverage Server-Reusable Only, has been renamed"Dinnerware/Beverage Servers." SIN 302-64 -- Sink, Dishwashing Scullery, has been renamed "Sinks, Kitchen & Dishpans. Seven(7) new SINs include: 302-73, Kitchen Utensils, Mixing Bowls & Cutting Boards/Chopping Blocks; 302-74, Flatware (Stainless, Silver, Silver-Plated); 302-75, Cutlery; 302-76, Glassware, Drinking; 302-77, Disposable Tableware; 302-78, Hollowware; and 302-79, Misc. Tabletop Accessories. Various clauses including Clause I-FSS-599, Electronic Commerce -- Federal Acquisition Network (FACNET), which implements GSA Advantage (GSA's On-Line Shopping Program) are included. Acceptance of the Government Purchase Card is mandatory for payments equal to or less than the micro-purchase threshold for oral or written delivery orders. You must be capable of receiving payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) in accordance with Prompt Payment Act (31 U.S.C. 3903) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-125, Prompt Payment.
