The contractor selected as a result of this Small Business Set-A-Side RFP will provide training and technical assistance to entities (States, Service Delivery Areas and others) on workforce development performance management issues such as Standardized Program Information Report(SPIR) data systems; software possibilities, workforce development performance measurements (including customer satisfaction measures) and how to calculate and incorporate return on investment performance measures. The contractor's ability for quick turnaround response and timely execution of contract tasks and subtasks sufficient to produce the specificed deliverables are essential to the purpose of this contract. Contract award will be for an amount between $60,000 to $75,000 for one year with an option to extend, if funding is available, for an additional year.
